  nice people but They left be behind.. TWICE
  
  I feel bad writing a bad review the drivers seem nice and the buses are always very clean but, I called 30 minutes before the it was time for the buss to come to confirm that the bus would stop, the very nice person on the phone told me they would notify the driver. The time came... no buss.. 30 minutes later.... no buss I called again and the nice person on the phone told me that I could grab another buss in 2 hours,I was in no hurry. 2 hours later no bus, I called again and the nice person told me that the buss didn’t come because I was not definite enough when I talked to her and she had not tried to contact the driver . ,I was standing at the end of the school with a line of sight of both entrances of the school 6 minutes early . They need a website where you can request a stop with zero ambiguity and have the message go to the driver immediately .
