  Worst shipping ever! 'Owner' is incompetent, failing to provide receipts, causing delay in return process.
  'Owner' is also rude and argumentative. Save yourself the hassle and call FedEx or ups for home pick-up, and completely avoid this mismanaged business!!!!
  As you will no doubt have a reply that is nicely worded I will add the correct details.
  The package was smashed upon delivery, and was a refusal-return to sender. Fed ex was aware of the situation and had been in contact with me several times about problems with delivery. You attempted to say that I opened the package, which I did not, and tried to sell me a postage label when one wasn't needed. Furthermore, you had an attitude with me because I had a complaint with you from July 3rd, 2017 for not giving me a receipt for two packages because you were too busy. I support my local businesses because they are run by nice people. You sir, are not a nice person, and your business reflects that. I received better customer service from Fed ex in this situation, over the phone, than in person from you. And if you were as nice as your kindly worded reply, this situation could have been avoided, but sadly no. I will take my business elsewhere.
