- Samantha Lippa★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had to cancel my 9am appointment at 8am when my son woke up vomiting. I was greeted with a voicemail. (I left one). I called back at 10am to apologize to a real person and I'm told I am not able to reschedule. ONE time having to cancel outside of the 48 hour window. I have never been treated like that anywhere before. I have two exposed nerves and have been anticipating this appointment for weeks. I can't believe how let down I am. I thought I found a family friendly dentist for my son and I. I'm so disappointed.
