  hired Rick for a house sale inspection and report.
  Did not fill out paperwork properly according to bank and attorney's. Asked for additional charges for having to revisit property which was an error on their part to begin with.
  Went onto property with a back hoe without permission of owner
  Damaged the property with a backhoe and distribution box, which after asking other services and googling how to find a distribution box, digging with equipment was not one of the preferred methods. The bank only asked to have a map location of the distribution box.
  Entered property and dug without proper utility markings in the yard nor towns permission and or permit., which after damage was done had to do the two listed above in order to fix the damage.
  Left property with large rocks. Was very disappointed and upset to have such a large bill at closing and felt pressured to just accept the issue at the time in order to close. All I can say is Beware...
