  STAY AWAY AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.
  **Disclaimer this is only in reference to the apartments not the new condo units.**
  
  Pros: The maintenance man and his son were awesome. My washer went out and it was replaced within three days. The property manager, Dallas, was very nice as well.
  
  Cons:
  - One trashy tenant can easily ruin the entire cluster of buildings. I lived in building 1 and had a neighbor who had visitors who opened their car door onto mine and who were physically violent towards children.
  - Recycling was always over piled and messy.
  - Prepare for a $200.00 plus RG&E bill during the winter because units are very drafty. Rent was way too high for what is was.
  - $900.00 for no pool or fitness room?? Spend that money at Center Point... smaller units but a lot classier.
  - The icing on the cake, security deposits take 4-6 weeks to return and in my case because there were a lot of move outs I was given an undetermined time frame. Hey DHL Properties are you aware during the moving transition some people's livelihood bank on those security checks? It's our money.... why the 4-6 weeks and in my case some BS infinite amount of weeks due to a "large number of move outs."
